Booking, cancellation and refund policy

This policy establishes the general conditions for reservations, cancellations and refunds in our rural accommodation Casa de los Aguacates. We thank you for your trust and invite you to read these conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Booking procedure

Application and confirmation

Booking requests can be made through our booking centre on this website, by filling in the booking form, email, WhatsApp or telephone.

Once we receive your request, we will check availability and that the minimum stay required according to the season is met.

Upon confirmation of availability, we will send you an email with your booking details and payment instructions.

Payment and guarantee

To confirm your reservation, you must pay 100% of the total amount of the stay by the payment methods available today: bank transfer.

The booking will be considered confirmed once we have received your payment, which we will confirm to you.

If we do not receive payment within 48 hours of sending the confirmation (or, failing that, proof of payment), the booking will be cancelled.

Minimum stay

Our rural accommodation establishes different minimum periods of stay depending on the season:

• High Season (June, July, August and September): Minimum 5 nights.

• Mid Season (Christmas -22 December to 6 January- and Easter): Minimum 3 nights.

• Low Season (rest of the year): Minimum 2 nights.

These minimum stays may vary on specific dates such as long weekends or special holidays.

Cancellation and refund policy

By directly managing the Casa de los Agucates we offer the most flexible cancellation policy on the market for this accommodation:

• Cancellation 30 days or more in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival: 30% refund of the total amount of the reservation.

• Cancellation with less than 15 days notice: No refund will be made.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email, replying to the booking confirmation email.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer within 10 working days of cancellation.

Timetables and rules of stay

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 hours onwards.

• Check-out: Before 12:30 pm.

For different times, please check availability in advance.

Booking modifications

Date changes will be subject to availability and will be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking and the relevant cancellation policy will apply.

Pets

Pets are allowed with prior notification when booking.

Exceptional circumstances

In the case of duly justified force majeure (death of a direct relative, hospitalisation, official confinement due to a pandemic), we will study each case individually and may offer a change of dates at no additional cost (if it is the same season) regardless of the cancellation period.

Additional terms and conditions

• Prices include VAT, water, electricity and final cleaning.

• The number of persons may not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation (4 persons) or that indicated in the booking.

• No parties or events are allowed.

By making your booking, you accept all the conditions set out in this policy. We reserve the right to change these conditions, with those in force at the time of booking being applicable.
