La playa más cercana está a tan solo dos kilómetros, la playa de Guadalmina (Marbella) y justo enfrente del campo de golf Atalaya. Esta casa de campo o chalet se convierte en una excelente opción tanto para los amantes del mar y del campo como del golf.
El interior del chalet está equipado con aire acondicionado, incluye dos dormitorios, un baño completo, salón comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y una terraza rodeada de naturaleza. Para su comodidad, se proporciona ropa de cama y toallas. Además, dispone de wifi gratuito y aparcamiento privado en la propia finca.
